President William Ruto graced the wedding ceremony of his younger sibling, David Ruto Samoei, who officially tied the knot with Carol Kitur. The event, held on Friday, December 16, at Fairmont Mt Kenya Safari Club in Nyeri, attracted high-ranking government officials following the President.

Accompanying the President were First Lady Mama Rachel Ruto and their eldest son, Nick Ruto, who attended the event with his fiancée. The guest list included other prominent figures such as Cabinet Secretaries, including Kipchumba Murkomen from the Roads and Transport Ministry.

In addition to government officials, politicians aligned with the President were also present. Among the attendees were Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi, Nandi governor Stephen Sang, Nyeri counterpart Mutahi Kahiga, and Senator Wahome Wamatinga, among others.
