Nigerian Afro-pop star Davido and his wife, chef Chioma Rowland recently lost their son Ifeanyi, just days after he turned 3 years old. According to reports, the young boy died after drowning in a swimming pool at his residence in the Banana Island area of Lagos state. The incident occurred late Monday evening, October 31, 2022.

He was reported to have gone underwater for a prolonged period of time before being retrieved and rushed to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, he was announced dead on arrival.
